Vintage Skort

Tomato red vintage skort with white rick rack trim and square buttons. Hook and eye closures. Looks like a skirt but shorts are underneath. Measurements are: waist-13 inches laying flat bottom hem- 22 inches laying flat length-19.5 inches Tag says size 10 but it's more like a size 0. Small stains on front bottom hem area. I purchased from a vintage store but never wore.
