mrsfranscloset @american_icon yes! I am so sorry! I got the measurements and then something happened to sidetrack me, and I completely forgot to message you back! Anyway the material is stretchy and has some give to it, and the skirt is elastic waistband so it definitely stretches. The hip to hip on the skirt is about 15" laying flat, not stretched. The widest part of the hips (thigh area) is about 20 1/4" Pit to pit on the jacket is about 20"
