This is a vintage Pigeon lighter Lovely little piece with brass top and mother of pearl bottom with floral embroidery glued on Very pretty - strikes but needs fluid It measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 3/8" tall Good condition with marks from use as shown - embroidered flower is falling off and needs re-gluing
