Vintage Small Seal Skirt by Surrey, Vintage Midi Skirt 1960s 1970s Clowncore

This is a vintage midi skirt by Surrey. I believe it is from the early to mid 1960s. No size tag and I’ve tagged this as a small, but please use the provided measurements to ensure best fit for you. Waist: 12” flat lay unstretched, up to 18” stretched. These measurements correlate to a size waist anywhere between 24” and 36”. It would be tighter on a 36” waist for sure. Length: 28” Pockets on both sides. Two navy seal appliqués are stitched onto the dress for a whimsy, clown-core feel. Cross-posted. Pet-friendly home. Recyclable materials used when available.
