Vintage Smock Like Dress Shear Handmade

This is a smock like dress. It believe it is home made and has a sew in care tag. There is a series of buttons up the front and one on the cuff. It is a bit shear. No size tags but it is about 39 inches long and 21 1/2 pit to pit. It is in nice shape.
