Vintage Smocked Floral Patchwork Dress ISO!

ISO! NFS! ISO! The little girl here is me circa 1985. I have been searching for a long time for the same dress for my daughter. I found the same dress but in a different colorway recently. It unfortunately had already sold however finding that listing provided with more info about the dress. I would love to find the same exact colorway I am wearing. Appears to be Green, Pink, White, Blue. Patchwork style, floral print. Ties at the shoulders. I need a size 5 or bigger. Thank you 💚
