Never worn. Vintage black flared tunic with embroidery on the front neckline, chest, and sleeves. No size listed, other clothes bought at the same time were size 4 so that's my best guess. Measurements neck to shoulder 7" shoulder to shoulder 17" , chest 21" , waist 22" , hip 26" , front length 29" , cuff 8" with flared sleeves Has inseam pocket on the right side. Hook and tie neck closure.
