Vintage solid 14k gold hamsa hand pendant, set with an ancient coin It hangs on an 18-inch 14k gold chain The pendant is thick with rounded edges, nicely crafted It measures 1 3/8 inches tall x 1 inch across, hallmarked 14K & signed unknown The 14k gold chain is 18 inches long, hallmarked 585 Made in Italy The dark coin is ancient with faint raised designs on both sides Unknown age or origin (I was told Jerusalem) Together, the necklace weighs 8.94 grams The dark spots are reflections, not damage Please view pictures for condition & details
