I bought these off of a different app after some seriously EXTENSIVE research, but unfortunately they didn't work out due to an issue with my right foot. lorferruch Hi! If you wear an 8.5, how could you fit into a size 6? Are these universal sizing? I am a woman 6 and I am thinking these will be extremely big if you can fit into them wearing an 8.5?!

kkthorsen @lorferruch Hey there! This brand does run big. The outside of the boot measures 11". To compare that: my go-to favorite shoes are Converse. I get the unisex ones that say 6 men's 8 women's. The measurement from heel ro toe for my Cons is about 10.75". I assume the huge jump in length for Sorel is due to the thick wool lining ??? but I'm not sure. I had never owned a pair nor decide to go try any on. I hope I didn't make this more confusing 😄

kkthorsen @lorferruch you're so welcome! I think I asked about 10 people about their Sorels before I purchased these lol I even looked up kids sizing. Their largest children's size is supposedly equivalent to these. It's hard buying things online, especially when you basically only have one shot on here. People work hard for their money so I'm super grateful when someone checks out my closet! 😁 I hope you find what you're looking for, friend!

lynnherrera I like them & you say they're a 6 but fit like an 8.5 cause sorel's run big. I have 2 different pairs of Sorel's & they're both true to size. I'm confused why these would run big but ok that's a shame, they're super cute.

kkthorsen @lynnherrera Hi! All of the Sorels I was inquiring about on my crazy mission had the lining like these. But the boots that didn't have a lining ran true to size. I tried to find out if these are actually men's but I don't think they are. I've never owned a pair before these so I'm just going off of what I found out through others and how my specific boots feel and measure. If you have any tips, please share! 😁
