Vintage South African shirt

Vintage South African shirt, purchased in the 90’s. My husband (the reluctant model who refused to remove his blue shirt) has a 42” chest and this is very loose on him as shown in the second image. He’s 5’11 for reference. Fits closest to L+ or XL- Pictures tell the best story. Ask any questions you have prior to purchase.
