Vintage Souvenir Maine Map Apron This fabulous apron is from dead stock has never been worn. It was discovered in a chest full of 40s & 50s linen in a house on Racerbrook Road in Woodbridge Ct in the early 90s. All the linen was never used. The owner was a linen collector. This apron depicts a map of Maine using famous sites, tourist attractions including the Portland lighthouse, Maine’s signature lobster industry and cities. Images icons a comic kitschy look. All images hand painted Great souvenir map of Maine. Condition is excellent. Dead stock - never used. Colors are bright. There is no fading. Suggest washing the first time separately and hand washing gently to prevent any color bleeding (especially since there is red dye throughout. Has original label on it.
