Vintage Sparkly Emerald 60s/70s Dress

Gorgeous sparkly 60s or 70s emerald green dress. In good condition, there are a couple spots where the hem has come undone but they are small and it doesn’t hang down. Bust is 17” flat, waist 15.5”, hip 20” and has plenty of stretch.
