Vintage Sparkly Skirt

This black and gold sparkly skirt is one of a kind! Made by a union worker in the USA! It is very sheer. I picture it over a black bodycon dress with some chunky gold jewelry. Says its a size 12 but this is a vintage piece. Fits more like a 6-8. 90% acetate 10% mylar Machine wash cold//lay flat to dry
