Vintage Speedo skirt M - XL

Navy and light blue 100% cotton skirt from Speedo. Tag size XL, but would fit M - XL depending on how you like it to fit. Drawstring waist and ruffle down left side. Waist is 19.5" laid flat. Hips just under 25" Length from top of waist to hem is 24.5" Ruffle on left side is over slit. Slit starts about 9" below waist and goes from the hem up about 16" Excellent preloved condition!
