Vintage Spenser Alexis Romper Culottes

True to Spencer Alexis, this romper has lots of lace, pockets and mixed fabric. Buttons on front and elastic waist. The wide belt is missing. The bottom part fits more like culottes than shorts. Shoulder pads. Pit to pit: 19” Full length 36” No stains or rips. The rose on top button is in front of a snap and it’s kind of smashed. (I’m working on it!!)
