Vintage Spring/Summer Sundress

Can’t you see it now. It’s July 4th. You’re at a garden party turning heads in this unique dress. Polka dot layer with a thicker navy layer underneath. The bodice of the dress has a reddish colored under layer. Dress zips at the back. Some minor snags to the polka layer of the skirt. Areas of the hemline are starting to come undone.
