Vintage St. Gillian Union Made Black Pleated Dress with Satin Collar

This beautiful black vintage dress is 1970's-80's union made. Midi length black sarong/tulip pleated dress with gourgeos satin collar and bead accents. No size on tag but it's a size 6 according to waist measurement. This dress is in excellent condition no rips or tears. I love this dress, unfortunately it is not my size. Waist measures 27 inches, bust is 33 inches and dress bottom is 25 inches long from waistband.
