Vintage St. John beaded knit sweater dress. Gorgeous Ivory / Cream signature Santana knit. Sheer neckline dripping in intricate metallic silver seed beads. High neck collar. Long sleeves with embellished cuffs and gathered shoulders that give a bit of puffed shape. Fitted bodice with loose skirt. Exposed zipper back.
