Vintage Stacked Blue Glass & Clear Rhinestone Brooch

This beautiful brooch features 2 layers of open backed faceted oval blue glass stones, a faceted round center stone & slim silver tone pointed metal spikes with clear rhinestones at the ends. Riveted construction with silver tone metal circular stone settings around the oval stones & prong set around the center stone. Some glue is showing on one of the rhinestones.
