Super short tiered mini dress features heavy shoulder pads, short dolman sleeves and buttons down the front. It is lined but the lining is short than the dress (see below). Lightweight sheer rayon chiffon. Large scale floral rose print. Oversized fit. Tears on the neckline, a few small faint stains.
