Vintage Starlight Express Black/purple velvet dress

Size: 1 (XS) This dress is what I imagine Audrey Hepburn would wear. It’s very elegant, feminine and classy! I would pair this with a pearl necklace, black gloves and classy stilettos for that Breakfast at Tiffany’s look! Details: Sparkly glitter waistband floral design. Taffeta lining underneath which adds volume to the dress and shape. The color of this dress confuses me as it seems black from far away but up close and in the sun, it has a dark purple hint to it.
