Roses in Bloom Under the Moon Wardrobe Love Match! Stunning black velvet jacket w/ mandarin collar & intricate turquoise w/ gold rose embroidery. Pencil skirt is a smaller size & lined in satin w/ stitch detail at front & back. I am not sure of age, but tag looks 1950s to 60s. Skirt may have been tailored to match.
