Crafted by Texoma Leather and Brass to commemorate 150 years when Republic of Texas became independent. Solid brass with color enamel inserts. Best photo to see brass color is photo with buckle weight. Small area of oxidization on “C” in “Celebration” and on “O” in “SOLID” on back. Can possibly be polished off. Width & weight in photos.
