Vintage 1980s sequined and beaded blouse by Stenay. Exquisite detail, bold cobalt blue hue, structured shoulder pads, soft silk, delicate beading in an art deco design, and scallop edging detail on sleeves and hem. Back zip closure. Flaws: some beads and sequins are missing, which I have tried to capture in photos. Not very noticeable from afar. Measurements lying flat Bust pit to pit 20" Length shoulder to hem 22"
