A dangling bell hangs below Santa beard. When the bell is pulled, Santa’s mouth opens to reveal a message, “ Have a Merry”! This charm is not marked but most likely a Monet piece from the 1960’s. The clown is Vintage 1960’s - early 1970’s rare Monet clown head charm. Pull the tassel and the sparkling rhinestone blue eyes open and the red tongue sticks out. 5060
