Vintage Sterling Puffy Pierced Medallion Charm Pendant

Here for your consideration is a nice vintage sterling charm/pendant. This is not marked anywhere but tests for sterling silver. It measures 1" and weighs about 4 grams. It still has a tarnish and I polished it slightly to check for damage and hallmarks. It could use some more. It is in good wearable vintage condition.
