Vintage Sterling Silver 925 Moonstone & Lapis Unusual Intricate Ring Size 5.5

I am unsure if the age of this but it was made prior to 1970. It could be very old. It was my grandmothers and she said she had had it her whole life. It is one of a kind and very unique. Stamped sterling silver inside One side is pointed which can be worn up or down. Has one large lapis stone and three moonstones This is coming up a size 6 but because of the width it fits more like a 5.5. With thick bands you should always size up
