Vintage Sterling Silver Green Jade Jadeite Rectangle Pendant

While I'm pretty good at selling jade, when it comes to the new stuff, it's a little harder. Dating to the 1980s/1990s or so, this rectangular shaped Sterling Silver (hallmarked on bale as pictured) pendant might be genuine green jade/jadeite or it might be a glass synthetic. Honestly, I am stymied. Size of the rectangle is 1-1/16" x 3/4"; weight is 9 grams. Very nice condition with Chinese characters both back and front - most likely of a health, wealth, longevity, etc affirmation. Lovely condition with a high shine to the silver (rhoidum overlay possibly). All that's needed now is the right chain, mine is for display purposes only. Priced more for the silver content that the stone.
