Vintage Sterling Silver Heavy Multi Stone Pendant

Sterling pendant set with four gemstones. Just under 1” square and weighing about 1/2oz (14 grams) with a nice solid feel and a wide bail. Stones include malachite, turquoise, lapis ? and a dark purplish red one I can’t identify. On the back is 925, Mexico, initials and ’86. Condition: the silver appears dull and very scratched in the pics but it’s actually nice and shiny.
