Vintage Sterling Silver Marcasite Brooch

Vintage Sterling Silver Rectangular Brooch I would describe this as marcasite. Art Deco It catches the light nicely. Very Beautiful and intricate design. In the center, there is a floral flower design with a jade colored center background. I do not know what stone or material it is. This is vintage, I believe it to be early midcentury. It is stamped on the back: “Eagle Sterling”. And 4 numbers: I think it is “0361 or 0301”. I cant quite make out the numbers. Excellent used condition. The pin mechanism works great.
