Vintage Sterling Silver Plated Brass Pickle Fork & Sugar Spoon Earrings. 1960’s With this over production of silver plated and steel/nickel silverware many artists of the 1960's used these utensils as the basis for their work. An old silver plated olive fork and sugar spoon were cut down and pierced, then molded and re-cast in brass and finally layered with sterling silver. The earrings measures 2" long by just over 3/4" wide and the ear wires are solid sterling silver.
