Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise Navajo Fret Ring

Vintage sterling silver acid tested old Navajo pawn ring with inlayed rare Dry Creek turquoise between frets, finished with a leaf detailing that make this rectangular shaped ring a standout. Dry creek turquoise is from Nevada known for its iconic black veins, and white spots laced between the blue. This mine is no longer in operation. Solid three band ring, comfy table rectangular shape, setting with a swirling leaf , contrast the new & old style being explored in the 1970’s by silversmiths as they moved away from the traditional Fred Harvey style & into mid century style elements.
