Vintage Sterling Silver Vermeil Garnet Cabochon Heart Wire Locking Earrings. These are ~1” long x 1/2” wide, stamped 925 although it’s difficult to read and have a vermeil gold tone in the center of the heart section where the garnet cabochon is embedded.
