Vintage Sterling Silver and Red Coral Brooch Pin, Made in Israel over 12 grams

Pretty vintage pin that can also be used as a pendant. Please see the back of the pin. It is marked Jerusalem Israel, Sterling Silver. The front of the pin or brooch has a pretty embossed design in silver and there are 10 red stones that may be possibly red coral. I am not an expert on stones so I am not really sure. Measures about 2.25" long with width of about 1.25" high. According to my scale it weighs about 12.7 grams give or take. Nice shape.
