Vintage Sterling Southwestern Ring

Very cool long handmade Native Sterling ring. Measures approximately 1-3/8" N-S x 5/8" E-W. Size is a larger 6-1/2. Please see image on mandrill. Marked STERLING signed by artist 'LH'. What looks like a small hole? at bottom corner poses no structural issues and looks like it was there when made. It is not distracting at all to the normal eye.
