Vintage Sterling and Marcasite Dragon Brooch

Vintage/Antique sterling silver and marcasite dragon brooch hallmarked 925. This exquisite brooch features an exceptionally detailed dragon set with sparkling marcasites. Identical brooches online indicate that the eye is a genuine ruby. I am not a jeweler or an expert in any field, but I describe items to the best of my ability based on online research. The dragon measures approximately 2 1/4" across x 1 1/4” tall. It has an older type secure clasp. This piece would be a great addition to any vintage jewelry collection.
