This vintage 1990’s Stetson Billy the Kid 4x XXXX size 6 3/4 cowboy hat is in good condition with minimal wear, only some minor spots of discoloration that are not easily spotted. For the age of this hat, it appears to have been for a special occasion and minimally worn. I believe this is a fur felt hat, with a leather hat band that has turquoise details and is in excellent condition. Also has a chin strap or stampede ring that has some discoloration from the hardware but is still in good condition and adjustable. According to size charts, 6 3/4 fits a 21” head and is typically a size for children or small adults.
