Vintage Steven Stolman Silk 1980's Polka Dot Dress

Created by Steven Stolman for Ann Taylor, this vintage 80s dress is complete with shoulder pads, which highlight the empire waist, creating the ultimate hourglass! This cream and navy polka dot dress is 100% silk and features a plunge back neckline ending in a bow, with a back slit.
