This is a vintage petticoat that went under a wedding dress, approximately 1950s It has a metal talon zipper, hook and eye closure there is no stretch in the waistband, and the slip fabric is sheer, looks like starched muslin handmade, no tags it measures 11 3/8" across when lying flat, or 22 3/4" around I'm guessing it will fit a 22 to 23 inch waist, or a womens XXS or size 00, or a child's size of course Length is 35 inches It is VERY full, starting at the waist, and hips are free size (easily up to 60 inches) See all photos quite good condition for it's age, I see no problems with it bridal communion Quinceañera bride prom dance costume cosplay vtg historical antique dress dresses undergarments slips petticoats 50s
