Vintage Striped Blazer

Super cute striped vintage blazer! This is from the 70s from my best guess and research. It has an ILGWU label, machine wash label and label size 7 but no clothing brand label. It has 3 red buttons up the front, draw string and does not have an inner liner, but there are shoulder pads! There are some light stains (shown in pictures) which are not very noticeable and I have not washed this garment or tried getting the stains out. Other than the stains, this blazer is in excellent condition. The material is closest to a linen from what I can tell; it is light weight but sturdy and shows no signs of wear. It would be cute dressed up or dressed down with jeans! The coloring is red but not super bright and the white is an off white, again not super bright.
