Vintage Striped Button-Up Skirt w/ Matching Blouse

Yes, those are shoulder pads! I was tempted to list the skirt by itself, as it is in excellent condition and is the cutest thing I've ever seen. However, look at this top! The blouse has a few issues: stain near one pocket, small stain on other side, and some weird indentations on one sleeve. With that being said, I'm basically pricing this for what I would ask for the skirt, and you get the shirt for free! This thing is tiny (guessing XS-S), so I will add measurements shortly.
