Vintage hooded dress with yellow, orange, blue, and brown stripes. No tags, fits XS, Small, Medium. Never worn. Features white lace front detail with suede lace up detail. V neck and attached hood, 3/4 quarter length sleeves. Funky color design, y2k retro 70s revival. Bought in 00s in Harajuku, Japan! Really fresh and cute look, and definitely unique.
