1970's striped button down shirt / secretary blouse with tie by Personal. Green / blue / tan / white striped blouse. Tie at neck. No fabric tag - some type of rayon or polyester material. Tagged size 12. Vintage sizing - please see measurements to ensure fit. Fits smaller than a modern day 12. Approximately 19" armpit to armpit x 25 1/2". Measured flat. There is a small spot on the inside of the collar. There is a tiny tear on the tie, as shown.
