Size 10 black Vintage Studio Skirt. 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. The item is stretchy and comfortable. The item has a slit on the front of the skirt, to the side. Waist laying flat is 14 inches! Hips laying flat is 17 inches! Length of item is 21 inches!
