Vintage Stunning Green Dress

Stunning vintage bottle green maxi dress with a high neck that can either be worn folded down or standing up. Fitted bodice with flattering seams. Full A-line skirt. Heavier fabric that keeps it's shape and drapes beautifully. Would be an EPIC holiday party dress. Hand wash or dry clean. No material or brand name tag. I purchased at a reputable vintage shop in Boston but have never worn it. A few slightly loose threads but they are not impacting the stitching (seen in detail photo). I love this dress so much it's just too long for my small frame (I'm 5'3") Measurements taken while flat Length 55in Chest 16in Waist 13in
