Vintage Style Black & White Pin Dot Modest Dress

Beautiful, long black dress with pleated skirt, ruffled elastic cuffs, gathered elastic waist, and tie collar. Fully lined. Waist and cuffs are stretchy but the fabric itself only has a little bit of stretch. There is no stretch on the collar and so can be a little tight to pull over your head. Barely worn. Like new. Witchy vibes :) Laid flat it measures 16” from top shoulder seam to top shoulder seam, armpit to armpit is 21” across, collar is opening is 11”, total length 47”.
