Vintage Style Black & White Polka Dot Summer Dress

This dress is perfect for summer or early fall, as it's light and flowy, with a fun swishy skirt! It says size 12, but I think it could be worn by anyone between an 8 and a 12. There is significant stretch in the bust (I believe this was a costume for a play). The collar has a bit of a pink tint (see photo), but otherwise it's in great shape! Waist is 15" flat, no stretch. Key hole back and back zipper. Skirt is 17" long, dress is 36.5" from shoulder to bottom hem.
