Vintage Style Skirt

Blue vintage style skirt bought for Back to the Future Halloween costume. Amazon brand Belle Epoque. Worn once. This was a bit large in the waist on me. EUC unless otherwise stated. Smoke free home. If helpful I am 5’2”, standard measurements roughly 33” bust, 24 -25” waist (23.5” pre-pregnancy), about 35” hip. Petite length inseams fit me best but I prefer regular sizing for tops and dresses.
