Vintage Suede Leather Tasseled Knee High Boots

Lovely summer weight suede heeled boots with tassels. I’ve seen these attributed to both Zodiac and Dexter but these are unbranded stamped made in Uruguay. I consider these new without tags as there is no signs of wear. Check my listings for more boots! I’m clearing out!
