Vintage Summer Sailor Shorts

These shorts are freaking cute. A purchase them at a vintage shop in NYC, they were deadstock vintage never worn when I purchased them. They are in great condition, no flaws. I wish they still fit me. Cute anchor buttons down the side plackets. They are the closures, so you can unbutton some buttons at the bottom of each side if you want a little slit to show even more leg :) Great elastic detail pocket, ultra feminine and unique. The tag says medium but these are XS women's. Could be cute on a junior teen girl too. Maybe they are from the 1970s but there is a bit of a 1950s vibe. I don't think they are from any earlier than that, but you may know better the year. I am size 5'7", 115 lb, 25" waist, 34" hips, XS/S, 0,2. They fit me well, but they fit much better when I had a 24" waist. For comfort I suggest a someone slightly smaller than me. The length is short, but still comfortable for someone who likes their legs. Wide fit around leg. Slightly high waist.
